Big Brother Darren got me access to all areas of RAF Waddington for the 2010 Air Show.

A multi-exposure of the little green plane. Very cute!

We got an intimate look at the guts of the Sentry.
-
-
And demonstrations of what it’s like to work on the Sentry in the air.

We arrived at RAF Waddington, and after talks about the air show, and themes for this year, we met the E3D-Sentry.

I didn’t even notice at the time, but look at who was hiding round the corner!

Looks like Anakin’s workshop before the pod race.

Plainspotters!

Who’s that lucky sod?!

I took hundreds of blurry photos of planes landing, trying to get a shot like this, with a sharp plane and streaky background.

-
There were lots of turkish crew polishing their Hawks, ready for the display.

-
This year I got introduced to the Sentinal. It’s quite pretty. In an ugly way.

The Turkish Stars were looking great, basking in the sun.

Early on Saturday morning, we got to see the planes while all the crews are preparing them for take-off.

The planes are lined up and ready to go, and in the distance you might be able to see crowds forming.
