I've never been sure what to do with the 'Picture Styles' selector, but today, I was fiddling with Canon's software that comes with the camera (Digital Photo Professional) and discovered the picture style actually has quite a big impact!

I shoot RAW, so think I'll set it to faithful, and fiddle with the image myself in post.
