Cute 🙂
Wow – this is pretty fascinating 🙂 The scientists are making massively powerful 1000-core processors, but by reducing their accuracy to within 1% (among other simplifications).
I especially like the idea that these sloppy-processors might be useful in getting humans and machines interacting better. It implies we have to lower machines' standards to integrate with humans 😛
Amazing photo!
First thing I thought was 'We have TIE Fighters inbound!' :S
Interesting site for gamer music lovers
Amazing photo and interesting insights to how post processing can be done.
Is Google evil or good? Everything they do seems to be perceivable in either light. This article sums up most of the evil perspectives (although it's focus is a little tangential)
The net neutrality stuff is the main thing that makes me fear Google may be evil. And handling Wave so badly was really disappointing – makes Google look like it's just thrashing around.
But I cling to the belief that Google truly wants to organise and make available all the information in the world. I also like the view that Google wants people online; more people online means more ad sales, so they do all they can to encourage people to use the Internet.
Interesting read, but some logic to get your head around 😛
