I love Merlin Mann's enthusiasm. Half the time I don't really know what he's actually saying, but he's so enthusiastic about the stuff he cares about.

Also, it's great how much he feels able to express respect for other people.

This is bizarre. At first it seems clever, but reading the Telegraph's story linked to, it turns out the home isn't allowed to detain the patients, or chase after them and force them to come back. However, tricking them to keep them captive is different?
