Oscar and Aunty Verity, Uncle Jonathan, Granny Gi-Gi, Mummy & Daddy all went to the zoo today. Oscar loved seeing the monkeys, fish and elephants, and there were lots of big cats.

Oscar is getting SO good at standing without support. He’s up to about 20 seconds and knows he can do it. He should be asleep though, really :p I guess he’s also learned to save his best tricks for bed time!

August 31st, 2012When I got home from work last night, Oscar saw me from the kitchen and, for the first time, came running and shouting to the door to meet me! It’s the most touching ‘first time’, yet.
Although, ‘running and shouting’ was more ‘grunting and dragging himself across the floor at a glacial rate’. He made it half way before I gave in and stepped to him.
